How much does it cost to rent The Chocolate Fountain?
We charge by the hour and we also offer package deals, see our price guide page for more details.
How long can I have the Chocolate Fountain at my event?
Because we hire by the hour you can have it for as long or as short as you like (minimum 1hr). The package deals normally last for about 4-5hrs if booked for an evening wedding reception but if you would like us to stay longer, we can always arrange additional time.
What kind of dips can be used with the Fountain?
The possibilities are endless but the popular ones are:- strawberries, profiteroles, marshmallows, seedless grapes etc (please see our dips page for more info). Unfortunately foods that crumble such as cake etc. cannot be used as this could restrict the flow of the fountain.
Can we provide the dips or do you supply them?
You are more than welcome to supply your own dips which we will replenish throughout your event, however we can supply a wide range of dips as well.
Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outdoors?
Not directly, it can be used inside a marquee which is the closest to outdoors it can get. Outside air temperature plays an important part on the flowing consistency of the chocolate, as well as the running temperature of the fountain itself, even a slight breeze will blow the chocolate outside of the fountain and onto everything around it!
Are reservations and a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid 10 days before the event. Reservations are limited and are on a first come first served basis for any particular date.
Are there any requirements you need at the event/venue?
Yes, we require an electrical power point (240v) and a table of at least 4ft round or square to cater for the surround.
How far do you deliver?
We are based in Bournemouth Dorset so we service as far as London, however hourly rate parties may incur travel expenses.
