I have been decorating cakes for over 15 years starting as a hobbyist and developing this into a business, which I run from my newly acquired sugarcraft shop having gained my Health & Hygiene Certificate for myself and my premises.

From the sugarcraft shop, we sell cake decorations, chocolate for fountains, wedding favour boxes and bubbles.

All cakes are home-made at my premises. The wedding cakes are rich fruit, madeira, rich chocolate or carrot cake, with hand crafted sugar floral arrangements. Other celebration and novelty cakes are available in fruit or all butter sponge.

Enjoy looking through my gallery of cakes. Some designs have been inspired by others; a bride may have seen that perfect cake in a magazine and asked me to re-create it, whilst others have just evolved through changing fashions.
